One such name making waves is Insical — an artist whose hypnotic, rave-ready productions prove he has a finely tuned ear for the future of techno.

Rewind to his formative years in Portugal, and you’ll find Insical immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of outdoor raves, where his deep-rooted passion for electronic music began to take shape. Driven by an insatiable curiosity, he eventually relocated to London, a city rich in underground culture. There, between late-night clubbing and intensive study, he refined his craft over several years.

Nearly a decade ago, his journey took a pivotal turn. Insical was offered the opportunity of a lifetime — to work full-time as a composer and sound engineer. The catch? He had to move across the Atlantic to Los Angeles. Without hesitation, he embraced the challenge.

Since establishing himself in Southern California, Insical has steadily built a name through releases on respected labels such as Minimal Sessions, CMND CTRL, The Audiobloc, and Syntheik Sounds. His artistic path also led him to collaborate with legendary duo Rabbit In The Moon and take on a key role behind the scenes as supervising sound designer, engineer, and composer for Insomniac Events, one of the world’s leading live music brands.
